Customer Service Representative
TPD® Workforce Solutions is a highly established leading construction company, and they are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher to join their team. The role involves assigning work, answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers, and ensuring work is completed safely and on time with high quality.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers’ requirements are met
Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurate
Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication between teams
Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
Creation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc
Qualification
Required
Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching)
Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence outcomes
Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills
