Maintaining and optimizing the performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing HVAC units to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability
Performing routine tasks such as cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating thermostats
Conducting system tests, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency
Communicating with customers about system conditions, providing recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promoting preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment
