Responsibilities
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives

Lead project planning and execution for product development and lifecycle initiatives
Build and manage project plans with clearly mapped milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines
Drive accountability and momentum across teams — if it’s in the plan, it gets done
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps and bring solutions, not surprises
Define the value of projects by working with Product and Finance to quantify cost, impact, and commercial opportunity
Support data analysis and business case development to ensure initiative viability
Frame trade-offs clearly and present options when scope, cost, or timing constraints arise
Be the voice of data and clarity in decision moments
Own project budgets and timelines for assigned initiatives
Ensure projects stay within defined budget and schedule
Hold cross-functional partners accountable to commitments and deliverables
Success is defined by projects that meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements
Coordinate initiatives from concept through launch, including formulation, testing, packaging, compliance review, and production readiness
Ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and commercial expectations are met
Coordinate SKU setup, documentation, launch timelines, and commercialization hand-offs
Act as the connective thread between Product, R&D, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external partners
Lead meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through
Manage vendor and partner dependencies related to product development
Maintain accurate documentation including formulations, specifications, test results, and compliance checklists
Ensure decisions consider customer value, cost structure, scalability, and long-term viability
Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and drive improvements
Challenge the status quo and seek better ways to execute product work
Improve project artifacts, templates, workflows, and tracking mechanisms
Bring a growth mindset to teams and execution
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project management, product development, or commercialization experience
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with tight timelines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in regulated environments preferred
Preferred
New product development or lifecycle management experience
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience with vendors, manufacturers, or labs
