Responsibilities

Create and manage parametric 3D models and fully defined 2D drawings in PTC Creo (complex assemblies, GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs)
Drive design from requirements to release: concepts, trade studies, DFM/DFA, tolerance stacks, ECOs, and configuration control
Execute design changes rapidly based on test findings, supplier feedback, and manufacturing input
Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and test to resolve fit/form/function issues and support first-article builds
Maintain data integrity in PLM/PDM (e.g., Windchill) with clean revision history, release workflows, and part libraries
Apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5, materials selection, finishes, and fastener standards
