Responsibilities
Maintain extensive product data and requirements with a focus on timely and accurate information; communicate product changes to prevent errors and maintain a historical record
Field questions from collaborators and track down the answers to maintain project momentum
Schedule key project meetings, facilitate inter-team communication, and drive action items so that decisions are reached quickly
Monitor project status utilizing MS Teams and Smartsheet to identify outstanding issues, collaborator questions, and new decision points; own collaborator access to project resources
Lead small scale projects with senior level guidance, as delegated
Assist fellow horizontal producers with a range of additional responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting projects or operational work that involved tracking details, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across multiple contributors
Strong organizational instincts — you enjoy keeping information accurate, up to date, and accessible, and you notice when details don't line up
Clear, professional communication skills across written and verbal channels, with the ability to adjust tone and level of detail based on audience while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and intellectual property protection
Experience working within a team environment using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack
Familiarity with structured project workflows (e.g., waterfall or phase-based development)
Ability to work effectively across diverse creative and technical teams, following up on open questions and helping to drive consensus and clarity
Preferred
Experience using Smartsheet or similar work management tools
Experience working with Excel, SharePoint, and Confluence to organize, track, or validate data
Experience in games publishing, marketing, or other creative environment
