Responsibilities
Design and support the implementation of data pipelines, system integrations, storage solutions, and enterprise dashboards
Develop and optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into actionable solutions
Deliver well‑documented, reusable, and maintainable data assets
Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple data domains, anticipating strategic needs and validating the accuracy of existing reporting
Mentor analysts on solution design best practices
Coach analysts and data scientists on effective querying techniques and optimal use of available data resources
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related technical field
Strong SQL and ETL development skills
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex concepts clearly
Preferred
Experience analyzing and/or building data models for supply chain or logistics capabilities (highly desired)
