Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing, empathetic client communication
Perform factual investigations and legal research
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Qualification
Required
3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing cases and deadlines independently
Ability to communicate effectively with clients in high-stress or sensitive situations
Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable mindset
Licensed and in good standing in California
