Responsibilities

Provides clinical and operational leadership to the Oncology service line practices under the direction of the Clinical Director
Oversees the daily functionality of oncology clinics and infusion centers, ensuring that cancer patients receive safe, high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining operational efficiency and financial sustainability
Has direct supervisory responsibility over the RN Supervisor and provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to nursing and support staff
Integrates clinical expertise with administrative leadership

Qualification

Registered Nurse licenseNursing leadership experienceOncology experienceBachelor's degree in NursingClinical oversightOperational leadership

Required

Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Nursing
Valid driver's license; ability to travel between assigned locations
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New York and Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing leadership or management experience in a medical or specialty care setting

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Oncology or infusion experience
