Freelance IT Support Technician
Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, networks, troubleshooting)
Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations
Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of each visit
Perform L1, L2, and L3 tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (L1 level)
Solid knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networks
Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks
Reside in Miami and be available for on-demand visits
