Responsibilities
Prospect enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts across phone, email and LinkedIn
Research accounts to tailor outreach to specific industries and C-Suite business challenges
Own opportunities from the first conversation to the close
Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and sharpen targeting
Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline while testing and improving your outreach over time
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in an outbound BDR/SDR or similar sales/recruiting role
You're a 'hunter' who is comfortable with persistence, rejection, and self-directed work
You likely have a background in sports (playing, coaching or analyzing) and enjoy studying a strategy to find an advantage
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and write clear, gimmick-free research
Curious about CX, research, professional services or the retail/restaurant space
