Responsibilities

Monitor vehicle locations and route timing using dispatch/GPS software
Confirm driver attendance and send reminders for upcoming assignments
Coordinate schedules, route changes, and service adjustments
Communicate updates clearly to drivers and internal teams
Support incident response, delays, and breakdown coordination
Prepare daily schedules and dispatch logs
