Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, shipments, returns, and issue resolution
Coordinate and route domestic and international shipments using cost-effective, reliable methods
Manage shipment documentation, compliance requirements, and special handling instructions
Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customer challenges with urgency and professionalism
Support sales and operations through order entry, proposals, contracts, and purchase orders
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with multiple priorities
