Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning cycles by coordinating goal‑setting, OKRs, and cross‑functional alignment
Drive executive decision‑making through research, analysis, and preparation of briefing materials
Oversee company‑wide operating rhythms including leadership meetings, monthly management reviews, and board preparation
Manage special initiatives that require executive sponsorship, cross‑team collaboration, or rapid execution
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insight, feedback, and operational clarity
Oversee HR strategy including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation philosophy, and employee relations
Strengthen organizational culture through programs that reinforce values, engagement, and leadership development
Develop people‑centric policies that support compliance, fairness, and scalability
Guide leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design
Craft executive communications for internal and external audiences
Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to reduce friction and improve execution
Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and broader organization to ensure clarity and alignment
Manage sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability
Monitor organizational health metrics such as engagement, turnover, and performance outcomes
Implement scalable systems for HR operations, communication, and project management
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and governance standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles
Proven experience advising executives and leading cross‑functional initiatives
Strong HR expertise including talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
Experience managing geographically dispersed, multi-unit, multi-function teams
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics
Experience in fast‑growing or evolving environments where structure and clarity must be built
Preferred
Experience working in maquiladoras and/or in manufacturing environments
