Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on CNC machines, robotics, and industrial equipment
Interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and electrical schematics to identify root causes of failure
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and update maintenance records using CMMS
Calibrate and align machinery to ensure precision performance and minimize scrap
Follow OSHA, NFPA, NEC and company-specific safety protocols during repairs and inspections
Identify and report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately. Participate in immediate resolution to avoid safety issues
Qualification
Required
High School diploma and/or GED Certification
3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining CNC and industrial equipment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities
Agile approach to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Preferred
Technical certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field
Familiarity with CNC controls and automation systems
Experience with CMMS platforms
