Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling: Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks
Strategic Advisory: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Technical Leadership: Develop, test, and maintain data models, queries, and automated workflows
Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior analysts, define KPIs, and work with IT to deploy technical solutions
Data Governance: Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to documentation best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Proven experience in data analytics, with exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skill
Requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles
