Oversee loan origination
Helping homeowners secure favorable mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals
Assessing borrowers’ needs
Evaluating credit and financial information
Recommending appropriate loan programs
Working collaboratively with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a seamless experience for our members
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending processes
Strong knowledge and experience in Underwriting and Loans
Background in Finance and financial consulting
Active NMLS license and knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent member experiences
Ability to work on-site in Glendale, AZ, with a focus on collaboration and providing personalized service
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer-focused role within the financial or mortgage industry is a plus
