Principal Financial Group is seeking a Technical Communications Developer to join their Document Services team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between business units and a vendor service platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects while identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services
Assist in developing processes, procedures, workflows, and system improvements to support business goals
Assist in creating and updating stakeholder sites to ensure clarity of service model changes
Acting as a subject matter expert and execute on work requests through delivery to the business
Assist with creating metrics and monitoring trends to suggest service improvements and business development opportunities
Supporting vendor interactions as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience with project work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Strategic and change minded
Proven ability to manage conflict
