They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities
Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
Support other accounting and administrative functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
