Client Relations Specialist

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and follow-ups, delivering professional and responsive service
Build relationships with clients through consistent communication and attention to detail
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding account activity and service updates
Support client onboarding, including account setup, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate account maintenance activities such as updates, transfers, and beneficiary changes
Prepare, process, and review client forms and service requests for accuracy
Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-up, and correspondence
Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to support current and prospective client relationships
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio management systems
Participates in process improvements, product implementations, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards
Qualification
Required
Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with discretion and integrity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services preferred
