Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT teams and the Enterprise project team, to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations
Lead the implementation of finance-related technology solutions, including ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms
Analyze current financial processes and systems to recommend enhancements that align with best practices and industry standards
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for technical transformation initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and accounting
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and process changes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems management
Proven understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance requirements
Proven proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required or equivalent years of related professional work experience
Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, including with the Enterprise project team and segment finance stakeholders
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling
Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and digital transformation strategies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in finance and accounting
