Responsibilities
Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Accurately document work and maintain attention to detail
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Rotate into different tasks as business needs require
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
Basic math skills and ability to interpret specifications
Comfortable using basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Steel toe shoes required
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds as needed
Willingness to work flexible or extended hours
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Preferred
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
