Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and present detailed Primavera project schedules
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate schedule updates
Ensure schedule logic is sound and reflects true project execution
Perform time impact analysis in coordination with the Project Manager
Support schedule narratives for official correspondence and change order management
Accurately insert and maintain delays and change orders in project schedules
Generate and present monthly schedule reporting metrics
Review project contracts for milestones and ensure proper integration into schedules
Document project events impacting schedule, scope, and overall project efficiency
Promote the use of schedules as active project management tools, not just visual references
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of scheduling experience in engineering and/or construction project management
Full project lifecycle experience, preferably within substation construction
Strong knowledge of EPC project delivery methods
Expert-level proficiency with Primavera scheduling software
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills with cross-functional and field-based teams
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative project environment
High School Diploma
Preferred
Experience working with high-voltage substation projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
