Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations, including certified payroll when applicable
Partner with project managers on budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete reviews
Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and support year-end with a CPA
Qualification
Required
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within a construction environment
Working knowledge of job costing, AIA billing, retention, and construction workflows
Comfortable working independently with strong organization and attention to detail
