Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end executive search assignments (Director, VP, C-suite) within pharma and life sciences
Develop and manage long-term client relationships; actively originate new business opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership needs
Partner with internal research and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality search execution
Assess senior-level candidates for technical expertise, leadership capability, and cultural fit
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, particularly at the intersection of pharma, AI, and data/biometrics
Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor meetings, and networking events
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
Proven ability to operate in a full 360° capacity, covering both BD and delivery
Established network across pharma, biotech, and related ecosystems (scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, or digital)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Executive search experience strongly preferred; senior industry professionals transitioning into search will also be considered
Strong familiarity with or exposure to AI-driven drug discovery, digital health, or biometrics/data platforms
