Responsibilities
Provide interim leadership for the Accounts Receivable function during ERP implementation
Directly manage 2 AR Managers and oversee a 12-person AR organization
Partner with Finance, IT, and ERP implementation teams to support system transition and adoption
Ensure uninterrupted AR operations including billing, collections, reconciliations, and cash application
Identify and mitigate operational risk during the ERP transition
Lead process documentation, standardization, and knowledge transfer
Maintain compliance with higher education and healthcare regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive AR leadership experience, including management of managers
Proven ability to lead teams through change while maintaining operational performance
Preferred
Experience supporting ERP implementations or large system transitions strongly preferred
Background in higher education and/or healthcare strongly preferred
PeopleSoft experience highly preferred
