Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and organization of active projects
Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and material tracking
Support job setup by organizing documents, scopes, and project information
Track job progress and assist with updating schedules, logs, and reports
Assist with reviewing change orders, invoices, and job cost information
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to support smooth project execution
Help ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
Support field teams with logistics, planning, and issue tracking
Participate in project meetings and provide follow-up documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to read and understand construction documents (training provided if needed)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience a plus
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience or interest in construction, estimating, or project coordination is a plus
