Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, support, and set the strategic direction for the talent acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and retention of high-quality, mission-driven employees
Oversee the daily workflow of the department and ensure timely, consistent service delivery to hiring managers and candidates
Design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with clinical and leadership workforce needs
Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for direct reports, fostering professional growth and accountability
Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles into all recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes
Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, workforce development programs, and affinity-based networks to expand diverse candidate pipelines
Serve as a liaison with community stakeholders and represents Oak Hill at job fairs, career events, and community networking opportunities
Track and report on metrics for labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data to inform recruitment and workforce planning strategies
Implement, evaluate, and refine agency policies and procedures related to recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding
Provide training and consultation to leaders on hiring processes, equitable interviewing practices, legal compliance, and best practices in human services recruitment
Develop initiatives to help increase organization’s brand as the premier employer by participating in community networking events, careers fairs and various trainings
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including experience in a managerial or leadership capacity
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent/workforce mobility
Strong knowledge of DEIB best practices and inclusive hiring strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Project management skills to manage multiple priorities and improve processes
Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and data analysis for tracking recruitment outcomes (experience with Dayforce is a plus)
Leadership skills with a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture that empowers employees as individual contributors and fosters a strong team environment
A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (bonus points for an advanced degree)
