Responsibilities
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps across multiple services
Embed SonarQube and security scanning with enforceable quality gates
Govern Git workflows, PR policies, and release practices
Own feature flag strategy using LaunchDarkly for safe, progressive delivery
Support database deployments with approvals, pipelines, and rollback paths
Collaborate with mainframe teams on z/OS deployment automation
Strengthen cross-team collaboration and developer experience
Qualification
Required
Hands-on ownership of CI/CD quality gates and code scanning governance
Feature flag management experience (e.g., LaunchDarkly)
Security scan triage within CI/CD (GHAS / ADO Advanced Security)
Comfort working across distributed and mainframe environment
Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence skill
Leadership mindset with potential to grow into a DevOps lead role
