Responsibilities
Manage a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on patent and IP litigation
Provide counsel to internal clients
Assist with a variety of intellectual property, commercial, and privacy law issues
Qualification
Required
Must have a JD from an accredited law school
8-9 years' experience conducting and/or managing complex commercial litigation focused on software and/or cloud-based companies
Patent litigation experience
Ability to exercise common sense to provide both practical and theoretical advice; must be a creative problem solver and have good business instincts
Candidate must possess a sense of humor and enjoy working on a team and with people at all levels in the organization
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A commitment to providing clients with high quality and timely legal advice, and flexibility to tackle different types of products and services and related work
Desire to make an impact and build an exciting career with our team
Preferred
Prior in-house experience is valued, but not required
