Director Commercial Operations
GLOBO is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations to serve as the strategic architect of their revenue engine. The role involves overseeing the lead-to-cash lifecycle and leading a multi-functional team to optimize the commercial organization for growth.

Responsibilities
Lead annual planning, quota setting, and territory design to maximize market coverage
Own and optimize our Hubspot-centric ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations
Manage and scale the BDR organization, the RFP department, and our Commercial Analytics team
Turn complex data into 'board-ready' insights, providing the forecasting accuracy needed for executive decision-making
Design incentive plans that drive the right behaviors and partner with Finance on pricing/deal desk guardrails
Qualification
Required
8-10 years in RevOps/Sales Ops
At least 5 years managing high-performing teams
Deep, hands-on experience configuring CRMs to mirror complex sales cycles
Ability to turn complex data into 'board-ready' insights
Understanding of subscription models and healthcare enterprise contracts
Preferred
Worked in a Private Equity-backed environment
Understanding of EBITDA-focused levers
