Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage residential remodeling projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
Client Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, maintaining trust through clear, timely communication and a solutions-oriented approach
Trade Coordination: Direct and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scopes are clearly defined and executed to design intent
Quality & Safety Oversight: Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site
Schedule & Cost Tracking: Monitor schedules, budgets, and job costing weekly; oversee material orders and invoices with precision
Documentation & Compliance: Manage change orders, maintain accurate records, and coordinate inspections in alignment with Alabama building codes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience leading residential remodeling projects
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to build rapport with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
Proficiency in scheduling, job costing, and construction documentation
High standards for presentation, cleanliness, and quality on every site
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions
