Office Administrator (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)
Merrimack Autism Consultants is seeking an Office Administrator who will be an essential part of their team, responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively interact with clients and provide translation support while maintaining efficient workflows and vendor relations.

Responsibilities
Build referral relationships with the community and local physicians through networking
Helping build client waitlist through outreach efforts
Assist in scheduling google calendar appointments for all admin and HR staff
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc
Directing visitors to the correct office
Helping with staff recruiting
Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide support at an autism center during operation hours
Provide coverage for call outs (will train in ABA strategies)
Maintain the office environment daily in a clean and organized way
Answer phone calls and mange the phone lines
Qualification
Required
Management Experience (minimum 6 months)
Recruiting or Sales background (minimum 1 year)
Bi-lingual (Spanish or Portuguese speaking)
Experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Must be CPR Certified
Associate (Required)
Office Administration: 1 year (Required)
Ability To Commute: Lowell, MA 01852 (Required)
Preferred
Experience in a Medical/Clinical/School setting is preferred
