Review and approve employee expense reports in Concur, spotting discrepancies with the same sharp eye you bring to balancing cash drawers
Provide friendly, helpful support and training to employees on expense reporting
Review and process employee expense reports using Microsoft Great Plains, identifying any discrepancies and escalating as needed
Verify compliance and company policies to prevent unauthorized payments
Jump in on additional accounting tasks that help keep us running with precision
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Concur (or a strong willingness to learn—bank teller experience translates well!)
Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Clear and professional communication skills
A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
Minimum 1 year of related work experience—experience as a bank teller, finance clerk, or administrative specialist is highly transferable
Understanding of basic accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
