Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of matters related to billing processing such as verifying rates, charges and customer agreements
Prepare, review and distribute customer invoices in compliance with company policies
Collaborate and follow up with internal operations to gather final billing details
Prepare weekly reports on operational performance
Utilize billing software and systems to manage accurate data
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and billing transactions
Ad-Hoc projects as required by management
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of billing processes, accounting, and financial reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
Analytical skills with strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works well under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
