Responsibilities
Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements across multiple business units
Create and execute comprehensive project and delivery plans, ensuring transparency and effective communication at all organizational levels
Perform and oversee quality assurance activities throughout all phases of systems development and implementation
Define, validate, and manage user requirements for production systems to ensure high usability and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, security, compliance, IT, and executive leadership to develop detailed analysis and documentation
Continuously evaluate and communicate system requirements, risks, and dependencies, delivering regular status updates and executive-level reports
Author, maintain, and govern internal and external documentation, ensuring clear traceability of requirements and change management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytics/systems development role
Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in enterprise systems and analytics
Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
Hands-on experience with Business Objects or similar reporting tools
Working knowledge of ITIL Foundations and service management best practices
Preferred
Experience with DevOps and collaboration tools such as Ansible, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Artifactory, Teams, Miro, and Lucid is a strong plus
