Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform month-end and year-end close activities
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
Maintain ERP system accuracy and integrity
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Support annual audit and auditor requests
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting
Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analysis
Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate postings
Support continuous improvement of accounting processes
Qualification
Required
Public accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
ERP system experience required (Sage 100 preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
