Senior Product Leader
Flow Networks is committed to delivering unique experiences for customers that drive value for financial services clients around the world. As Flow’s Product Leader, you'll be central to imagining, planning, designing and delivering products and services to grow and delight our client base.
Responsibilities
Identify product opportunities and needs through interaction with current partners and clients and competitive and market research
Participate with Flow c-level leadership in developing product strategies and product roadmap(s)
Own the product roadmap(s) and plan the timelines and resources necessary to deliver on the agreed upon product strategy
Establish product development priorities and ensure business requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to engineering teams
Help oversee the design, development and launch of products and services working closely with engineering teams and GTM teams
Work with existing Flow partners and clients to test product concepts, features and/or designs and their potential value to the customer to ensure effectiveness within the market
Define and create product documentation and release communications for existing partners and clients
Work with Flow and partner Sales and Marketing resources to define sales collateral for new products / features
Monitor and collect feedback on products and services in market to facilitate continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years in a Product function for a technology-centered company in B2B or B2B2C environments, start-up experience a plus
Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience teaming and collaborating with product design and engineering resources to develop products / features
Strong track record of leading product development teams in predictable delivery of products / features
Certification(s) relevant to operating within an agile development environment (e.g., CSPO)
Knowledge of current and emerging techniques in personalization and marketing of digital consumer products, especially in the Financial Services industry
Experience working with or for consumer card payment or other payment industry companies
Agile and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
An MBA is preferred but not required
