Responsibilities
Translate architectural concepts into buildable plans
Review drawings, specs, and structural details
Manage permitting, HOA coordination, and local regulatory requirements
Oversee all on‑site activities with precision and elevated standards
Manage and schedule subcontractors skilled in high‑end materials
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Serve as the primary client contact with a polished, concierge‑level presence
Provide proactive updates and guided site walkthroughs
Support selections, change orders, and design decisions
Build and manage detailed budgets
Prepare estimates and process change orders
Identify value‑engineering opportunities without compromising design intent
Conduct daily site inspections
Manage punch lists with precision
Coordinate all final inspections and ensure compliance with Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement
Prepare and submit occupancy documentation for timely approval
Qualification
Required
10+ years managing custom homebuilding projects ($1M+ luxury homes)
Hands‑on experience with luxury, high‑end finishes
Strong knowledge of Charlotte‑area construction practices and permitting
Proficiency in Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar platforms
High technical literacy — digital tools, plan interpretation, modern construction tech
Expertise in millwork, smart home systems, and premium materials
Local travel required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
OSHA 30 a plus
