Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion
Utilize advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit to oversee drafting and design processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with architectural standards
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet project goals
Foster strong communication channels with stakeholders and clients
Develop and implement project strategies and workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager within the architecture industry
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Proficient in software project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
In-office presence required from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Florida
Preferred
National License (preferred)
Leadership and negotiation skills
Experience working in the United States
Familiarity with Project Libre or similar project management tools
