Coordinating and delivering multiple strategic projects concurrently, including the Viva Voce Pilot, PhD Dual-Award Program, and AI Qualification Tool
Leading project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation to ensure milestones, timelines and deliverables are met
Investigating existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient, user-centred solutions
Coordinating IT system enhancements and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and HDR candidate experience
Chairing working groups and project committees to support collaboration and informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proactive and adaptable project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple strategic projects concurrently
Experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
Strong focus on process improvement and innovation
Ability to coordinate IT system enhancements and digital initiatives
Experience in chairing working groups and project committees
Highly organized and flexible project professional
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating unfamiliar systems
