Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions
Acquire new business and nurture relationships to develop customer loyalty
Oversee the entire sales and order process from initial contact to delivery
Conduct in-person demonstrations for customers visiting the corporate office
Attend trade shows and make in-person sales calls as needed
Document all sales activities in the CRM application
Participate actively in sales meetings, training, and professional development
Collaborate with team members to enhance company functions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of experience in inbound sales calls
Experience in making cold calls and effective sales presentations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Team player with a willingness to collaborate and help out
