Senior Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

Own and Grow Strategic Accounts
You’ll manage a portfolio of wholesale and B2B partners, ensuring exceptional service, consistent communication, and measurable account growth
You’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping partners succeed while strengthening Oracle Lighting’s footprint across their networks
Drive New Business Development
You’ll proactively identify and convert new B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship-driven selling
This isn’t passive account management—you’ll actively expand territory potential and open new doors
Build Smart, Customized Sales Strategies
You’ll develop tailored sales approaches for:
Jobbers
Franchise groups
Dealer networks
Aligning product, pricing, and promotions to each partner’s business model
Collaborate Across Teams
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer service to:
Support product launches and promotions
Align messaging and expectations
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
You’ll be the internal voice of your accounts—and the external face of Oracle Lighting
Represent the Brand
You’ll represent Oracle Lighting at:
Trade shows
Industry events
Customer visits
Building credibility, trust, and long-term relationships wherever you go
Track Performance & Drive Results
You’ll monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and report KPIs using NetSuite CRM—keeping leadership informed and opportunities visible

Qualification

B2B salesAccount managementCRM platformsAutomotive aftermarketCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsRelationship-building

Required

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and exceed sales goals
Comfort using CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-driven, accountable, and professional
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings

Preferred

Background in automotive aftermarket, consumer products, or specialty products
