The Executive Operations team within Apple Corporate Communications helps manage the logistics and operations of executive corporate travel and events, and they are looking for an Advance Associate to handle the executive trip planning and execution.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for executive travel and engagements
Executive staffing during travel and events
Management of strategic schedule development for members of the Executive Team
Coordination of various support teams for trips and events, including Retail, People, and Corporate Communications
Close collaboration with executive studio team to manage executive tapings
Team operational support
Own new product/systems/tool launch plans, providing updates on critical checkpoints and elevating risks to business partners and executive team
Qualification
Required
5+ years relevant experience in executive logistics, advance
Demonstrated experience leading high-level principals, existing relationships with executives
Experience with executive tour schedule development
Strong team collaborator who works effectively across functions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strategic, forward-thinking mindset
Calm, composed, and effective under pressure
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and proactively address risks, gaps, or breakdowns in communication
Comfortable operating in highly cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Ability to delegate while maintaining oversight over the outcome
Flexibility to support off-business-hours work during critical launch windows
Able to see across workflows, dependencies, and timelines to prevent issues before they occur
Performs effectively during high-stakes launches with compressed timelines
Takes accountability for outcomes, not just inputs
Able to move seamlessly between a high-level view of overall launch strategy and deep, execution-level detail
