Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor program plans to achieve defined health care and social assistance objectives
Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
Lead proposal development efforts to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and other sources
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support program activities and resolve operational challenges
Create tools to track program progress, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate program status, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders
Respond proactively to crises or unexpected issues affecting program delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant health care regulations, policies, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Care Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in program management within the health care or social assistance industry
Strong written and oral communication skills demonstrated through proposal development and stakeholder engagement
Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
Preferred
Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related discipline
Familiarity with federal and state health care regulations and funding mechanisms
Demonstrated success in securing grants and managing multi-year funded programs
