Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations
Translate client business requirements into technical solutions using TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions
Manage onboarding and deployment, ensuring best practices for integration, scalability, and compliance
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Serve as a subject matter expert on TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
Provide status updates and performance reports
Identify process improvements and document key insights
Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed specifications, while supporting client retention and growth through proactive engagement and value-added solutions
Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize solution value

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical account management or delivery operations, specific to MarTech/AdTech industry
Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas
Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams
Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
