Senior Account Executive | AI Portfolio Company
Peak XV Partners is a B2B SaaS portfolio company operating in the AI Agent space, looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team. The role involves leading the sales process, collaborating with the CEO on go-to-market strategies, and managing complex negotiations with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Execution: Own the process from outbound sourcing to final signature
GTM Architecture: Partner with the CEO to sharpen positioning and develop the playbooks that define how an AI-native category is sold
Complex Navigation : Master the art of the complex sale. You will lead sophisticated discovery and multi-stakeholder negotiations across CS, Product, IT and Procurement
Feedback Loop: Funnel US market intelligence and competitive insights directly to the Product and Marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in SaaS sales
High degree of technical curiosity (AI/LLMs) and the business acumen to translate sophisticated product capabilities into clear financial ROI
Proactive and hustler mentality
Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
Someone excited about joining a 1 to 10 journey
Preferred
Prior experience selling into commercial leaders would be an advantage
