Product Development Technician
Pirelli is a global leader in the tire industry, specializing in high-performance tires for various vehicles. They are seeking a Product Development Technician to join their R&D Team, responsible for creating tire building specifications and conducting experimental tire builds and analyses.

Responsibilities
Create and issue experimental tire building specifications or check experimental tire building specifications issued by another Tire Design Engineer
Conduct controlled experimental tire builds, verifying component accuracy and placement, confirm cured tire appearance meet required standards and coordinate confirmation testing
Perform cured tire analysis of experimental tire sections to ensure dimensional accuracy
Understand tire testing methods and each individual tire test and its parameters
Analyze test tire sections and understand test tire failure modes and how each failure mode correlates to real world conditions
Qualification
Required
Someone who is extremely meticulous and data-driven
Analytical thinking and reasoning skills
Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work cross-functionally and in multiple work styles
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering
2+ years of related industry experience
2+ years in Product Development
Experience working with CAD applications is a plus
