Responsibilities
Set up centerless grinding equipment for production runs
Operate CNC/centerless grinders to ISO 9001 standards and internal quality procedures
Inspect parts to blueprint; identify defects, correct issues, and deburr as required
Stage and move finished material to the next workstation
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
6–12 months of related grinding/machining experience or training
Read and follow written/verbal instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and math
Comfortable with micrometers, calipers
Understands surface footage, feed rates
Can calculate feeds and speeds
Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course
Ability to Commute: Cleveland, OH 44125
Preferred
One-year certificate from a college or technical school
Ability to Relocate: Cleveland, OH 44125 — Relocate before starting work
