Customer Service and Horticultural Services Manager

The Customer Service & Horticultural Service Management role involves overseeing customer service operations, managing plant services, and ensuring client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams for tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
Manage service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups
Resolve client questions or concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee green plant service quality and consistency
Coordinate and support horticulture service schedules and routes
Conduct site visits to assess plant health and service needs
Ensure services meet company standards and client expectations
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
Support proposal development and service recommendations
Assist with onboarding new clients and accounts
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and client needs
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience in horticulture, plant services, landscaping, or a related field preferred
Sales or account management experience a plus
