Responsibilities
Support intern, co-op, university, and early-career hiring programs, including interview scheduling, offer coordination, onboarding logistics, and candidate communication
Partner with Program Managers and leaders on hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and seasonal hiring needs
Coordinate campus recruiting events, university partnerships, and early-career engagement activities
Provide support for executive and senior leadership hiring as needed, including interview logistics and candidate experience coordination
Contribute to veteran and military talent pipeline development through partnerships, outreach, and targeted recruiting efforts
Assist with employer branding, broad talent outreach, and equitable hiring practices, including pipeline-building events
Support process improvement efforts, recruiting tools, reporting, and market insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably supporting University or Early Career recruiting
Experience managing campus recruiting programs, high-volume scheduling, or early-career hiring cycles
Strong stakeholder partnership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working in a matrixed or multi-business environment
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Preferred
Exposure to executive or senior leadership hiring processes is a plus
